Raised in North Carolina and having lived in New Jersey for over 20 years, Joseph Spencer, III is what happens when southern hospitality melds with the northeast grind.
 
Sound is an essential component in delivering a powerful performance to one’s audience and Joseph does not take that lightly. Joseph has over 25 years of experience as an audio engineer and has had the pleasure of working with some of the best  artists in the industry. 

When you're the son of a preacher and you grow up in the church, you acquire quite a few skills and talents. By default, you become the janitor, the usher, the security, the singer, the musician, the leader, the audio engineer, and whatever else is needed. As a child it's hard to appreciate and understand the impact an upbringing, like that, can have on your life, but as Joseph became an adult he realized that his father helped to create a solid foundation that would lead him to be an amazing audio engineer. After leaving his father's church, Joseph spent many years providing musical and A/V support to churches on the side.  It wasn't long before he identified his true passion - music and sound. He decided to attend the Institute of Audio Research of NY (while working a full-time job during the day) and graduated top of his class in 2003. In 2004 Joseph made the courageous decision to leave his job at Schering-Plough and start his own company, Just Sounds Multimedia Group (JSMMG).

JSMMG is a company that specializes in providing professional, high-quality audio & video (A/V) services to organizations. JSMMG services range from media training & system installations to production management & touring. Joseph has worked hard to grow his business and develop a team to handle the day-to-day operations of JSMMG while he is out on the road. Joseph has had the pleasure of providing audio engineering services to many well known artists, including the legendary singer/songwriter Lionel Richie, American music icons Kool and the Gang, New Edition, Johnny Gill, EnVogue, Bell Biv DeVoe, Toni Braxton, Tye Tribbett, Missy Elliott, Monica, Brandy, Fred Hammond, Kurt Carr, Kenny Garrett, Cee Lo Green, Usher and the late Gerald LeVert, to name a few.

Joseph was featured in TV Technology Magazine for orchestrating the installation of a $180+ state-of-the-art sound system in one of NJ’s well-known mega churches.
